The terms on which you may use this website and the information published on it.

Last updated 1 August 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of infolocklabs.com, operated by Infolocklabs LLP. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Services we deliver are governed by a separate written engagement agreement, which prevails over anything on this site if the two conflict.

This page describes our practices and is provided for information. It is not legal advice, and it does not create any advisory relationship. Obtain your own professional advice before relying on it.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, its administrative interface or any connected system.
  • Conduct security testing, vulnerability scanning, load testing or automated probing against this site without our prior written authorisation. See our Security Policy for how to report a suspected issue responsibly.
  • Interfere with the availability of the site, including by excessive automated requests.
  • Submit content through the contact form that is unlawful, defamatory, malicious or misleading, or that you have no right to send us.
  • Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
  • Misrepresent your identity or your association with any person or organisation.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, articles, graphics, layout, source code and the Infolocklabs name and marks — is owned by Infolocklabs LLP or licensed to it, and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may view, download and print pages for your own internal reference. You may not republish, redistribute, sell or exploit them commercially, or present them as your own, without our written permission.

Third-party product names, brand names and logos shown on this site are the property of their respective owners. They appear only to indicate the technologies we work with, and their appearance does not imply any partnership, certification, endorsement or authorised reseller relationship unless we state one explicitly and it is verifiable.

4. Information on this site

Articles, guidance and technical descriptions on this site are published for general information. Security is contextual: what is correct for one environment may be wrong or harmful in another.

Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice, and no advisory relationship arises from reading it. Do not act on general guidance without assessing it against your own environment, or without engaging appropriate professional advice.

5. Enquiries and proposals

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract, an engagement or an obligation on either side. We may decline any enquiry. Work begins only under a signed engagement agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timelines and fees.

Please do not send confidential material through the contact form. If confidential information needs to be exchanged, we will agree a suitable channel and, where appropriate, a non-disclosure agreement first.

6. Third-party links

Where we link to an external site we do so for reference. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, with or without notice, including for maintenance or security reasons.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infolocklabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this site.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Infolocklabs against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or from your unlawful use of the site.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory rule of law that gives you a different forum.

12. Changes
